The beauty of this system is that we can go back
as far as needed to find the trauma, but you do
not need to relive the trauma, spend lots of time
unpacking the trauma, or even sit with it. In a
session we identify and then remove the
physiological effects by removing the burden
that is carried. The only time this doesn't
happen is in natural grief after loss, where it is
healthy to sit with your grief for however long
you need to. But trauma is a different energy
and is stored within the body. It can also be
stored mentally and as an emotional block. We
work to remove the blocks, and store the body
to its natural state of being.
So many times when I work with clients, there is
unprocessed, and sometimes unacknowledged
trauma. Usually there is an awareness, yet the
person may feel that they have dealt with or
managed what has happened to them. Yet
there may be physical symptoms present such
as anxiety, hyper awareness, physical pain, or
lack of an ability to feel peace. The trauma often
brings itself to a place of gentle awareness when
using this system, and can then be released.
